The business was established in February 1991 as Transtate Real Estate by Russ Parham who was subsequently a founding partner of the Ray White Commercial Perth business. Russ commenced in the real estate profession in 1977 with his father at Les Parham & Associates.

The company became Ray White Commercial Burswood in February 2011 and Ray White Commercial (WA) in February 2016 having grown rapidly in its first 5 years following its acquisition of the Ray White Commercial franchise. In July 2016 we acquired ProProperty Pty Ltd and merged the businesses to form a large Agency. The business continues to grow by providing its clients knowledge of the intricacies of commercial property transactions which include management, leasing, sales and consultancy work.

The company has consistently featured in the top ten offices results in the Ray White Commercial Group in its short history. In 2012 it was No.6 of 60 offices internationally and Russ Parham was the number 1 sales and leasing negotiator in Australasia for 2012.
