 Office Profile

Ray White Commercial WA started life as a small suburban specialist commercial agency early in 1991 when Russ Parham commenced his own business having previously been in another real estate partnership for six years.

The business acquired a Ray White Commercial franchise and traded as such until 1 July 2016 when it merged with Chris Matthews’ Pro Property and became Ray White Commercial WA. Chris Matthews commenced in the real estate profession in 2002 and eventually took over a family member’s commercial real estate business before he became a shareholder and Director of the merged business, bringing a wealth of experience. Stephen Harrison commenced in the industry in 2000 and became a shareholder and Director of the merged business at that time also bringing a wealth of experience to the merged business.

We began to expand rapidly with the combined experience and contacts of the three Directors. In December of 2016 we relocated to Perth CBD and continued to grow the business recruiting industry respected specialists to service the needs of larger clients we had built trust with as we delivered a continuous high level of service and results.

By the beginning of 2022 the business had 35 staff and a large portfolio of properties with a value in excess of $500 million under management. During 2021 we negotiated well in excess of 200 property transactions with a value in excess of $1.5 billion.

Ray White Commercial WA is now recognised as an industry leader with specialists operating in all fields of commercial real estate including Capital Transactions, Commercial, Hospitality & Tourism, Industrial, and Office Leasing. We are a Top 5 office in the Ray White Commercial International Network.
