Viento Contracting Services Secures Maddington Factory Complex
Mining services company Viento Contracting Services (VCS) has secured a factory/office complex at Maddington, south east of Perth.
The property at 32 Allott Way, Maddington, has been leased by VCS in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Burswood Managing Director Russ Parham in conjunction with MLV Real Estate.
Russ Parham said the property is located in the heart of the Maddington industrial estate.
“This approximately 10,125 sqm site comprises a standalone modern office complex of some 478 sqm at the front of the property while at the rear is a 1090 sqm concrete tilt up and metal clad 10m truss factory/workshop,” he said.
“The balance of the property offers approximately 6,000 sqm of hardstand. There are ample sealed car parks to the front of the property, which is close to the Tonkin Highway and has easy access to the Roe Highway.
“The Maddington industrial area is moving from an historical secondary location to a sought after prime location in the Perth metropolitan area due to its close proximity to the airports and major road systems.”
VCS has been re-capitalised after parent company the ASX-listed Viento Group was put into administration earlier this year.
VCS has taken out an initial 30 month lease with two further renewal options for a net rental of $320,000 per annum.
