Ray White Commercial (WA) Commercial Sales and Leasing Manager Stephen Harrison has received perfect scores from clients in the latest Ray White customer satisfaction surveys.

As part of the Ray White customer experience strategy, feedback is sought from clients in an email survey and agents are given a net promoter score (NPS).

The NPS is a simple metric that represents how likely a client would be to refer the agent to other people with a 10 the highest score possible and an indication the customer would be highly likely to recommend the agent.

“The customer satisfaction program is about putting the customer at the heart of everything we do, and measuring how well we are servicing our customers,” said Ray White Director and CEO Dan White.

“We are using the program as a part of our Ray White customer experience strategy because we know that great customer service is intrinsic to business growth and profitability.”

Clients Danny Low and Cherry Hamilton both gave Stephen Harrison perfect ‘10s’.

“Stephen Harrison is a ‘people person,” Mr Low said. “He was prompt to respond to my request and work hard to lease the property while keeping us informed. We will certainly recommend him to other parties.”

According to Cherry Hamilton: “Stephen was a great professional who assisted us to successfully complete starting our business and finding a great location and dealing between us and the owners. Stephen was polite and very professional in how he dealt with everything. We will be going to Stephen again if we need anything else we require personally or for other business needs.”
