A Balcatta dive shop will be converted into a medical consulting facility after the property was sold for $1.05 million to a private medical investor.
Located at 283 Wanneroo Road, the property was sold by Ray White Commercial WA agents Tom Jones and Stephen Harrison.
The 1,012sqm site was designed especially to be a dive shop and includes a rear indoor swimming pool.
“The sellers ran a successful family dive shop from the property for over three decades including retail, equipment testing, and dive lessons,” Mr Jones said.
“The successful buyer is looking to refurbish the current improvements for medical consulting, and to utilise the pool for rehabilitation and treatments.”
Mr Harrison said there was strong interest throughout the campaign with two interested parties.
He said the property was a green titled lot facing Wanneroo Road, which made the property a valuable investment.
“It’s a zoned business and has a height limit of five storeys under the proposed Better Suburbs Scheme,” Mr Harrison said.
“The current improvements also include a shop front, along with an indoor pool and associated amenities.”
