Senior Leasing Office Advisor joins Ray White Commercial (WA)

THE Ray White Commercial (WA) team is pleased to welcome Dan Clarke (pictured above) to the family in the role of Senior Office Leasing Advisor.

Mr Clarke, who has enjoyed a successful career in the real estate industry, is a well-recognised and respected operator within the office leasing sector.

“Ray White Commercial (WA) is in the perfect position to take on a significant role within the Perth office leasing market and Ray White itself is a well-known and trusted brand,” Mr Clarke said.

“The opportunity arose to expand the office leasing team’s dynamic and portfolio and I look forward to continuing what I enjoy most, completing leasing deals, and making owners happy.

“I have knowledge across all office leasing markets, from large institutional properties, to fringe and suburban assets. I also pride myself on excellent communication and customer service skills – with a real drive to succeed.

“I also want to continue to build strong relationships with the immediate Perth and national owners and deliver on their expectations

“I love to travel albeit we can’t at the moment, and I keep pretty busy coaching a men’s league football team which I thoroughly enjoy, and it represents a bit of an outlet for me.

“I also like to hang with my two little girls and see them happy to spend time with their dad.”
