Ray White Commercial (WA) welcomes powerhouse agent

THE Ray White Commercial (WA) team are pleased to announce the arrival of powerhouse agent Michael Milne in the role of Senior Commercial Property Advisor.

Mr Milne brings with him over 30 years of broad commercial experience across business and property markets, that had been dominated by senior brokerage positions.

“As Senior Commercial Property Advisor of Ray White Commercial (WA), I shall assist clients with their procurement and divestment of commercial grade property investments, together with large-scale land and development sites,” Mr Milne said.

“Ray White has a bona fide national, Australian and New Zealand network coverage of broad property markets and has a strong presence, particularly on the eastern seaboard where major clients are headquartered.

“More recently, Ray White Commercial (WA) has located within the Perth CBD, and increased its presence in Perth commercial markets.

“In addition, the Ray White residential business line provides strong synergies for my clients with development projects that includes significant residential and seniors living components.”

Mr Milne said he viewed collaboration and teamwork as essentials for both future branding and growth.

“Clients get to benefit from the combined activity, experience and energy from a diverse team. I hope I can benefit this with my knowledge, experience and additional networks,” he said.

“My track record within the commercial property market covers a broad cross-section of property classes in equally diverse locations throughout Perth and Western Australia.

“This includes traditional offices, retail and industrial markets, in addition to more specialised expertise with large format retail, restaurants and cafés, medical, health and fitness, education and training, childcare centres, fuel and food, pubs and entertainment.

“I also have strong expertise with large-scale land estates and high-density infill development sites that often include mixed-use development outcomes with residential apartments.

“Increasingly, these developments have also included seniors living (retirement and aged care), student and workers accommodation and build to rent.”

Mr Milne said he saw Ray White as a vibrant prominent brand with strong leadership and benefited from having a great local team.

“I was impressed with the people, particularly the opportunity to join Stephen Harrison and Brett Wilkins, who I’ve collaborated previously on joint agency involvements,” he said.

“Ray White Commercial has very strong growth prospects in Perth and the wider Western Australia property commercial markets, I aim to be a part of that.”

Ray White Commercial (WA) Director Stephen Harrison said Mr Milne was a welcome addition to the team.

“Not only is he a good fit culturally, but he rounds out and strengthens our Capital Transactions team,” Mr Harrison said.”
