Ray White Commercial (WA) Launched
Ray White Commercial has consolidated its operations in Western Australia as part of a national growth strategy with its highly successful Burswood office being rebranded to Ray White Commercial (WA).
Ray White Director and CEO, Dan White, said the Western Australian move is in line with similar changes to the Group’s commercial operations in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
Dan White said the Burswood office headed by property industry veteran Russ Parham (pictured) was ideally positioned to lead the Ray White Group’s commercial business in WA.
“As Australasia’s oldest and most trusted real estate brand, Ray White has been moving its well established specialist commercial business to a new level,” Dan White said.
“The Burswood team headed by Russ have been hugely successful since they joined the Group five years ago.
“In the first seven months of the 2015-16 financial year, the Burswood office transacted in excess of $65 million of real estate in what has been a challenging commercial and industrial property market in Perth.”
Russ Parham said the name change better reflects the agency’s role in the WA market.
“It is a significant development for our business as well as the Ray White Group and it positions Ray White Commercial (WA) to offer the very best to the market and continue to achieve outstanding results for existing and new clients,” he said.
“Having a larger single Ray White Commercial office provides a better service to clients and allows us to better support the residential office network.
“The addition of Stephen Harrison to the team as Sales and Leasing Manager and his industry knowledge and experience adds further depth to our business.
“We’ll also have our own analyst work closely with the Ray White Commercial research director in Sydney to understand market dynamics and important trends in the WA property market so that we can give better advice to clients.
“We will have a closer relationship with Ray White Corporate in WA which will further strengthen our offering to the market.”
Ray White Chairman Brian White said the Group has more than 50 owner-led businesses specialising in the commercial property market.
“Our team of more than 250 commercial property agents handle in excess of $2.5 billion of commercial sales and leasing transactions every year. We auction more commercial property each year than any other real estate group.”
