RAY White Commercial (WA) is pleased to announce the arrival of experienced agent Martin Vogt in the role of Industrial Negotiator.
Mr Vogt has worked in the property market since 1995.
He previously spent 10 years in Sydney’s southern and eastern commercial market and has been actively working the industrial market in Perth for the past 15 years, where most of his focus has been on sale and leasing of commercial and industrial property in Perth’s eastern corridor.
“Having had a successful work history with Ray White Commercial some years ago, and having kept a good relationship with the current directors, I was excited about rejoining the group at their head office in the Perth CBD,” Mr Vogt said.
“It’s been exciting to see the group’s rapid growth in the Perth market in recent years. It’s obvious to see that there’s an excellent work culture in the office and their recent appointments and long-term goals can only give us greater opportunities to compete with other top tier agencies.
“The aim for me is to enjoy the journey, being successful is not just about transactions, it’s about providing a good service and increasing market share and involving other team members with greater expertise if the appointment demands it.”
In addition to property, Mr Vogt coordinates Ska and British Music Events in Perth, organising bands and DJs for gigs in various Perth venues, and coordinates the annual Ska and British Music Festival held at The Rosemount Hotel each October.
