Rare development site sells for $3.7 million in Cottesloe

A LOCAL developer has purchased an incredibly rare development site in the western suburbs as 443 Stirling Highway in Cottesloe sold for $3.7 million.

The property was sold off-market by Ray White Commercial (WA) Sales and Leasing Executive Josh Sumner and Joint Managing Director Stephen Harrison.

“This landmark property has some great local history with the property being home to Seaview Petrol Station and later leased to Auto Masters years ago,” Mr Sumner said.

“The market is strong in the area and development sites are hard to find – that’s one of the many reasons why there was so much interest in this asset.”

“We were retained by the buyer to acquire this site as we believed it was a highly desirable development site,” Mr Harrison said.

“Located on the corner of the Stirling Highway and Clive Road, the asset came with 2,067sq m* of land holding with 453sq m* of current improvements.”
