EXPRESSIONS of interest are being sought under instructions from Mervyn Kitay as liquidator for a prime CBD development site as 206 Adelaide Terrace in East Perth hits the market.
The property comprises a two-level circa 1970’s-built office building on 905sq m* of land with an 858sq m* net lettable area.
The property is being marketed and sold by Ray White Commercial (WA) Joint Managing Director Stephen Harrison and Senior Property Advisor Brett Wilkins.
“This liquidation sale is on the major boulevard into Perth CBD offering a buyer the opportunity to occupy the two-level offices, lease them out, or undertake a development,” Mr Harrison said.
“It would ideally suit an owner-occupier, investor or developer wanting to take advantage of the location and opportunities offered, you can build your dream development here.”
“Adelaide Terrace is the major entry point into the Perth CBD and is a mix of office buildings, hotels, and residential towers. I actually sold this property back in 1988,” Mr Wilkins said.
“Amenities include a kitchen and male and female bathrooms on each level. There are also 11 covered car spaces to the rear of the premises, accessed via the lane on the east of the site.”
