Ray White Commercial WA have secured a brand new seven-year lease at a premium industrial site in Canning Vale for $395,000 per annum.
The property, located at 53-55 Bannister Road, was leased by local manufacturing business which operates nationally under two brands — Exteria and Modus Australia .
Ray White Commercial WA listing agent Enrique Reyes said the property received a lot of interest from large industrial operators who required a significant amount of corporate office space.
“The property is a high-exposure, premium industrial facility featuring a large office/showroom area, multi-functional workshop, massive rear yard area, and multiple access points,” Mr Reyes said.
“With a large front office component, the premises attracted mostly global or national sized businesses.
“Ironically, it was a fast-growing local business that successfully secured the property.”
Ray White Commercial WA listing agent Josh Sumner said the property had been previously offered for lease in 2019, but struggled to attract a suitable tenant due to the Covid pandemic.
“Ray White Commercial WA took over the leasing campaign in March this year and received plenty of interest from different tenant groups,” Mr Sumner said.
“There has been greater confidence in the industrial market in WA over the last six months with the lack of COVID-19 cases.”
