Premium Industrial Facilities for Lease
Premium grade industrial facilities within LandCorp’s popular Cockburn Commercial Park at Bibra Lake in Perth’s southern corridor are being offered for lease by Ray White Commercial (WA).
The facilities at 16 Aspiration Circuit, Bibra Lake, are being marketed by Ray White Commercial (WA) Managing Director Russ Parham in conjunction with JLL’s Nick Goodridge and Vicus Commercial’s Mark Swale.
Russ Parham said the facilities which are branded Aspiration Park comprise a secure eight warehouse complex designed to provide flexibility for businesses looking for short, medium or long term warehousing or workshop facilities.
“This is one of the last sites in the popular LandCorp subdivision, Cockburn Commercial Park, and enjoys access to major transport routes to Fremantle and Perth,” Mr Parham said.
“It is a well-established and successful estate located 18km south of Perth which has more than 100 businesses already operating.
“Recent research indicates that the Cockburn Commercial Estate provides employment for approximately 2,900 people and produces goods and services valued at an estimated $1.2 billion annually.”
Russ Parham said Aspiration Park’s facilities comprise high truss warehouses with 10 tonne gantry crane provisions and much higher on site car parking provisions than any other property in the area.
“The estate is bordered by North Lake Road, Sudlow Road and Spearwood Avenue, and is suitable for both general/light industrial and commercial businesses,” he said.
“Flexible lease terms and generous incentives are available.”
