National business snaps up industrial site for $3.15 million

Located in the heart of Perth’s bluechip industrial precinct, a functional warehouse and office facility has sold for $3.15 million.

The 4067sqm lot at 71 Division Street, Welshpool, was sold by Ray White Commercial WA agents Chris Matthews and Martin Vogt.

“The property is a functional office warehouse facility with a total building area of 2,237sqm comprising 900sqm of office space over two levels, a 1,294sqm warehouse and an attached  small low height store,” Mr Matthews said.

“The property is located on the corner of Division Street and Anvil Way and has three street frontages and is 200m south of Orrong Rd.

“This is a great central location and there is easy access to Leach Highway and within proximity to Roe Highway and other main arterial roads.,” Mr Vogt said.

The property was purchased by national waterproofing and sealers manufacturing business Crommelin.

“The site received a high level of interest from owner occupiers,” Mr Matthews said.

“The purchaser has other properties in the same street and this purchase is to accommodate an expansion of their own business.

“There is strong demand in the eastern corridor for quality industrial assets and a stronger level of interest from owner occupiers looking to take advantage of low interest rates.”
