Midland Showroom Complex Sold for $5.3 Million
A showroom complex at Midland in Perth’s north-east has been sold by Ray White Commercial WA for $5.3 million.
The property on a land area of 4,820 sqm at 147 Great Eastern Highway, Midland, was sold to a private investor by Ray White Commercial (WA) Director, Russ Parham, on behalf of a private owner.
Russ Parham said the showroom complex has a net lettable area of 2,205 sqm and is strategically located on a busy commercial strip.
“This modern showroom complex is built over four separate tenancies including high profile national brands such as Jetts Fitness and Horseland,” he said.
“We had strong interest to purchase the property as a leased investment.
“The complex is situated on an excellent corner location with a high volume of passing traffic. The property also includes 68 parking bays.”
