LEADING Perth plastic surgeon, Guy Watts, has purchased a vacant character building with future development potential in West Perth for $2,075,000 plus GST at 8 Ventnor Avenue.
The asset, that came with 262sq m* of building area on a 612sq m* land size, offered arguably the best consulting rooms available in the area.
The property was marketed and sold by Ray White Commercial (WA) Senior Property Advisor Brett Wilkins.
“The asset is a beautiful character building that’s ideally suited for a medical practice – it had been owned and operated by two high-profile obstetricians for over 30 years,” Mr Wilkins said.
“The property was sold as vacant and offered mixed residential/commercial right on the edge of the CBD, just 100* metres from Kings Park.
“The building comes with 10 rooms that includes a large waiting room, three reception areas, and staff and client facilities – including a full kitchen.
“The building has high ornate ceilings with a front balcony overlooking beautiful gardens onto Ventnor Avenue where there are several new developments underway.
“Medical assets continue to be highly sought-after in most locations as essential services have fared very well during the COVID-19 pandemic.”
