A sought after  landholding at Welshpool in Perth which was marketed by Ray White Commercial Burswood and Focus West Property has been purchased by an owner occupier for $2.2million.

The substantial 3,401sqm site is strategically located on the corner of Mars and Kew Street in Welshpool.  A prime location, with good access and proximity to the state’s major road network.
