Landmark Mackays Aerated Waters Factory hits the market

BUYERS have the opportunity to purchase a piece of award-winning history as the heritage listed Mackays Aerated Waters Factory at 36/14 Money Street in Perth hits the market for $739,000.

Mackays Aerated Waters Factory is a double-storey brick and iron building that has cultural heritage significance to Perth and is a recognised landmark to the community.

The mixed-use development office is being marketed by Ray White Commercial (WA)’s Tom Jones and Director Stephen Harrison.
