Josh Sumner Joins Ray White Commercial Burswood
Second generation real estate agent Josh Sumner has joined the expanding team at Ray White Commercial Burswood as a sales associate.
Josh Sumner commenced in the residential real estate sector more than a decade ago and has now decided to put his experience into commercial property.
At Ray White Commercial Burswood, Mr Sumner is reunited with the agency’s sales and leasing manager Stephen Harrison after the pair previously worked together at boutique western suburbs real estate firm Paxton Hoad many years ago.
Ray White Commercial Burswood Managing Director Russ Parham said Josh Sumner would be a valuable addition to his WA team.
“Josh is a second generation real estate agent as his father John Sumner was a highly respected figure in the Perth property industry,” Russ Parham said.
“Josh has extensive sales experience having started his career at a Fremantle agency in 2005. We are excited about the combination of Josh and Stephen Harrison and the results they are going to be able to achieve for their clients.”
Josh Sumner, who has also had retail experience in motor vehicle and other sales roles as well as managing retail outlets, said he was delighted to be part of the Ray White Group and Ray White Commercial Burswood.
“Having helped my father in his work as a real estate agent when I was a boy, the family aspect of the Ray White Group has tremendous appeal to me,” Mr Sumner said.
“It’s also exciting to be working for Russ Parham who has had an enviable career in real estate in WA over four decades.”
