Huge Factory in Maddington Industrial Estate for Lease

A large factory/warehouse located in one of Perth’s prominent industrial suburbs is being offered for lease by Ray White Commercial.

The property at 10 Malcolm Road, Maddington, positioned in the heart of Maddington Industrial Estate on approximately 13,088 sqm of land, is one of only three such facilities in the estate.

It is the first time such a facility has been offered for lease for more than 15 years. The property is being marketed by Russ Parham and Enrique Reyes of Ray White Commercial Burswood.

Enrique Reyes said the property was ideally located between the Tonkin highway and the Roe Highway, providing immediate access to all industrial corridors in Perth and is connected to the RAV (Restricted Access Vehicle) road network.

“The property is located approximately 17 kilometres south east of the Perth CBD and is just 13 kilometres from Perth airport on a direct route via the new Gateway and Tonkin Highway,” he said.

“Retail shops, post offices, schools, libraries and transport are all in close vicinity to the property.

“Properties of this size in Maddington rarely come to market and are therefore highly sought after so we’re urging all potential tenants to register their interest to avoid disappointment.”

Enrique Reyes said the site has General Industry zoning and is available for lease in whole for $490,000 plus GST and outgoings or the owners may lease a portion of the premises at a negotiated rent
