Entire resort and caravan park for sale in tourism hub of Broome

By Brett Wilkins

Palm Grove Holiday Resort is being offered for sale via an Expressions of Interest campaign closing Friday, 14 September 2018, through Ray White Commercial (WA) agent Brett Wilkins.

Despite being a well-established resort and caravan park in Cable Beach, Broome, a major selling point is the holding income that allows you to consider the potential to re-develop in future.

Its location and the sprawling 4ha* of prime land will also be a key element of the marketing campaign.

“Broome is a firmly established tourist destination and is a major service centre for the broader Kimberly region,” Mr Wilkins said.

“It is a short stroll to Cable Beach, with white sand that stretches for some 22kms along the Indian Ocean coastline.”

The resort currently operates 25 park homes, 4 studio units, 146 caravan sites, swimming pool, cafe mini-mart, office/reception, mini-gold, BBQ area and manager’s residence. It currently offers accommodation for approximately 230 people.

“The land has also had a DA approved for subdividing the land into four separate lots, which is another big drawcard for a developer,” Mr Wilkins said.

The resort is being sold as a 100% freehold interest.

Please contact Brett Wilkins for a copy of the Information Memorandum and more details regarding the property.
