Belmont’s Great Eastern Highway site hits the market

DEVELOPERS, investors, owner occupiers and tenants have a golden opportunity to snap up a land/development site for sale or lease in the Perth suburb of Belmont at 77 Daly Street.

The asset, that comes with a 900sqm* building and 2,437sqm* land area, is receiving offers to purchase, a ground lease or lease with a design and construct by the current owner.

The property is being marketed and sold/leased by Ray White Commercial (WA) Director Chris Matthews and Sales/Leasing Agent Nigel Tennant.

Mr Matthews said the site would appeal in particular to developers of food and bulky goods, in addition to future developers of high-rise residential.

“The property is now one of the few sites along the Great Eastern Highway that’s set among food, fuel, office and bulky goods, providing a vast array of options for developers, investors, owner occupiers and tenants,” Mr Matthews said.

“The asset has an added bonus of being in an area that’s currently having a structure plan created to allow this site to house a mixed-use commercial development between two and 15 storeys high.”

Mr Tennant said development along the Great Eastern Highway was booming.

“There’s a new mixed-use development that AHG have towards the airport with KFC, SIP Coffee and VIBE Petroleum all going in as tenants,” Mr Tennant said.

“A new large bulky goods showroom development is underway directly opposite on the other side of the highway and right next door is a near-new 7-Eleven.”

Expressions of interest close on Wednesday 04 December at 5pm (AWST).
