Kardinya Park Shopping Centre, Kardinya

RWC WA were appointed as Managing Agents of Kardinya Park Shopping Centre on the 1 July 2023.

Kardinya Park Shopping Centre is a 13,724m2 sub regional shopping centre anchored by Coles, Kmart and 46 specialty shops. The site includes a site for 7 Eleven and has parking for over 540 cars.

In 9 months RWC WA, we have been able to realise over $200,000 in cost savings that’s effectively added $3 million to the value of the property.

In addition to improving the value of the centre these savings are important as the centre commences $45 million redevelopment of the centre. Reducing costs during periods of low rental growth is critical in retaining value.

The reductions have been achieved by conducting a full review of all cost items within the centre’s outgoings and benchmarking the costs against national averages and identifying areas of concern. In addition a review of the scope of all service contracts was undertaken. Particular focus was assessing the structure of the centre’s electrical and water supply.

If you would like RWC WA to conduct a review of your properties operating costs or discuss your property management needs please contact us..
