Victor Aloi is a Sales and Leasing Executive with over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Starting his career in Adelaide, Victor worked his way up to become the Managing Director of a highly successful and award-winning real estate business.

After moving to Perth, Victor joined Vicus Property Group in 2010, where he held the position of Commercial Sales and Leasing Executive for 8 years, further enhancing his expertise in the Perth and metro real estate market. His outstanding people skills, self-motivated attitude, and results-driven approach have contributed to his continued success in the industry.

Victor’s leadership and analytical skills have been instrumental in making evidence-based and effective decisions in his role of Director of Properties with CEG Direct Securities, where he managed a significant portfolio of assets across various states and territories in Australia.

In 2023, Victor joined Ray White Commercial WA as Sales and Leasing Executive, bringing his extensive knowledge and experience to the team. He has held a Land Agent license in South Australia and holds a Real Estate and Business Agent’s (Triennial) license in Western Australia. Having a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and a Certificate for Industrial, Commercial and Retail Sales by REIWA, and a Diploma in Business Management (Real Estate), making him a well-qualified and exceptional experienced Real Estate Agent.
