Tom Jones

Tom began his real estate career in 2005, selling and leasing residential properties throughout Perth’s northern suburbs. After 11 successful years in the residential sector, he transitioned into commercial real estate in 2016, joining RWC WA to pursue his passion for commercial real estate.

His commitment and strong results were quickly recognised, earning him the John Seddon Top Rookie Award (2016/2017) and Ray White’s National Rising Star Award (2018/2019).

With more than 20 years of experience spanning both residential and commercial asset classes, Tom has built a loyal client base who value his market knowledge, integrity, and results-driven approach. He is widely respected for his strong communication and negotiation skills and is consistently praised for his prompt, professional service.

Specialising in the northern commercial and industrial precincts, Tom brings deep local insight and a strategic mindset to every transaction, consistently delivering strong outcomes for his clients.

In recognition of his expertise, knowledge, and leadership, Tom was appointed Licensee in July 2023. In this role, he oversees the overall operation and supervision of the business, ensuring full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
