Steve Cuzens is a retail property specialist with over 40 years’ experience in shopping centre management, leasing, and asset strategy. He works closely with landlords, investors, and tenants to deliver strategic leasing solutions, asset optimisation, and redevelopment advisory, helping maximise value and drive long-term performance across retail portfolios.
Steve brings expertise in retail leasing, centre management, and stakeholder engagement, having played a pivotal role in the leasing and redevelopment of major centres including Bunbury Forum, Northgate Shopping Centre Geraldton, and Albany Plaza. His insight into tenant mix, and market dynamics allows him to develop tailored strategies that meet both investment and operational objectives.
Known for his practical approach and strong relationships, Steve provides trusted guidance on portfolio performance, leasing strategy, and redevelopment opportunities.
