Phil Zoiti

Phil has over 20 years’ experience the hospitality and tourism industry in Western Australia, commencing with JLW TransAct (now known as Jones Lang Lasalle Hotels) in 1994 as an investment sales consultant. From 1997 as the Senior Manager for Western Australia he focused on the acquisition and disposition of hotels, motels, taverns and general leisure properties throughout the state.

Phil has an extensive understanding in both agency and operations and knowledge of operational parameters across a broad range of hospitality and leisure properties and gained specialised knowledge in dealing with a unique hybrid of business and property. 

Phil’s experience and knowledge in the property and hotel industry is highly regarded with key competencies in sales and acquisitions, development consultancy, project feasibilities and operational benchmarks.
