Liam Pittaway

Liam is a commercial property professional specialising in industrial sales and leasing within Perth’s Eastern corridor. Since joining RWC WA in 2021, he has worked directly alongside Joint Managing Director Chris Matthews, supporting clients, landlords, and tenants to deliver strategic solutions and positive transaction outcomes.

A graduate of Curtin University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Property and Finance) Liam  applies strong analytical skills and market insight to support industrial property transactions.

Known for his client-focused approach, professionalism, and attention to detail, Liam builds and maintains trusted relationships, helping clients achieve their objectives in leasing, sales, and property management.
