Kyle built his commercial foundation in Melbourne with JLL, where he was involved in industrial and logistics transactions for major occupiers, private owners, institutional landlords, and development-led assets. Working in a highly competitive environment shaped a disciplined work ethic centered on preparation, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Earlier in his career, Kyle established an award-winning background in high-end residential real estate, gaining recognition in premium markets. This experience strengthened his negotiation capabilities, buyer management, and ability to perform under pressure—skills that directly support commercial campaigns where value, timing, and certainty are paramount.

Operating exclusively across Western Australia with Ray White Commercial (WA), Kyle works with a wide range of clients, from individual strata owners through to institutional landlords and development interests.
